Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please be advised that all purchases of digital and online video products are non-refundable. Additionally, deposits for training classes/courses are non-refundable. Our schedule and personal commitments are structured around confirmed classes/courses. We kindly ask that you respect our time and business operations by providing adequate notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled class/course will incur a charge of 100% of the booked service fee. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original class/course will require a $100 rescheduling fee. The new training must be scheduled within two weeks. If payment is not received, the balance will remain on your account and must be paid in full before booking any future trainings. Training Class Policy: Once a training course/class has been completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Payment Policy

Payment Information
A $300 non refundable deposit is required to secure your training date. Payment plans are available upon request. The full balance must be paid no later than the beginning of the scheduled training day. $1899 total.
